All orders must be paid in full before production starts, unless we’ve approved something different ahead of time. For reference, our late payment schedule is as follows: 30 days past due: 5% late fee 60 days past due: 15% late fee 90 days past due: 30% late fee Please review your order carefully before approving. Any changes requested after an order has been placed may incur a $50 change fee, plus any additional costs required to make the adjustment. Post-approval changes may also extend production timelines, even if a rush fee was applied or a required date was provided. Once production begins, multiple departments are involved, and changes quickly become time-consuming and costly. We care a lot about putting out clean, accurate work. Every order matters to us, big or small. If something is produced differently than the final approved mockup, we’ll make it right with a reprint of the affected items. Any issues need to be reported within 48 hours of delivery so we can take care of it quickly.

Refund Policy

If the mistake is on us, we own it and we’ll fix it. We don’t offer refunds, but we do stand behind our work and will reprint any items that were produced incorrectly.

Delivery Policy

-Pickup: Customers will be notified when orders are ready for pickup. -Local Drop-Off: Available for approved orders and locations. Once delivered, responsibility transfers to the customer. -Shipping: Shipping begins after production is complete. Carrier delivery dates are estimates and not guaranteed. Once shipped, responsibility transfers to the customer.
